I began my food obsession in my late teens watching my aunts create culinary masterpieces in the kitchen. I quickly fell in love with the thrill of cooking and learned how to skillfully cook a large variety of foods. Soul food, Italian, Chinese, Seafood, Caribbean and traditional American are all my specialties. Mastering the ability to prepare a wide range of delicious cuisines and inspired by the food and service I experienced as a restaurant guest led me to opening my first business Stephaine's Cafe. After that success a I started my next venture Runway Caterering. 

With over 20 years of providing corporate, private party, wedding and drop off catering in the DMV area my customers have raved about Runway Catering's variety of mouth watering options. My goal is to convey my passion and emotions through food and the thrill of making people happy with every single bite.
